WORKSHOP TITLE: "UNDERSTANDING GENERATION X"
Workshop Description:
To bridge the gap between generation x and those that proceeded them. Go on a
journey through the 1960'S-1980's as we follow the Generation X'er through a life of
change, epidemics and unity. We will also explore the connection of Generation X and
the Millenimum Generation or Generation Y followed by the new generation: "The New
Silent Generation. If you don't want to be a history buff, but history does excite you, than
this workshop is just what you need to help you understand your teenager, your mom
and dad or yourself.
Participants will learn:
Through exploration the baby boomer's and Generation A will have a better
understanding of the thought behind Generation X’s actions.
Visually be able to identity the difference between the baby boomer's and the
generation x by their clothing, poetry and actions.
Gain a better understanding of the music of this era and some of the meanings behind
it.
Identify the language and vocabulary of Generation X.
Learn the extreme differences between today, yesterday and tomorrow.
Learn and explore the new technology trends of Generation X and beyond.

Workshop Description:
The objective of this workshop is to provide the deliverer of Customer
Service with the essential know how and etiquette associated with true
customer service. It is also designed to motivate the participants to take
responsibility for their role in consumer repeat patronage.

Identify the difference between Hospitality vs. Customer Service.
They will develop a new appreciation for the customer.
Understand the importance of customer retention.
Better understand their role in maintaining the company or
the organizations reputation.

The participants will learn how to:
Help individuals to identify where they fit in a group
Understand the different characteristics of members of a group
Effective methods for working productively under a deadline
Effective communication in a team

Additional Services and Fees: We will customize any workshop to fit your needs. Whether it is the length, subject matter or various participants. Customized workshops fees need to be discussed. Workshop fees vary based on number of participants and travel needs. Average fees are: For pre-designed workshops the cost is: $50 per participant (up to 20 participants). We can work with budgets. Special rate will be extended to groups larger than 20. We will organize, coordinate and deliver any new hire orientations. All we well need is your company policies and procedures. |
